One of the elements of the performance is the documentation of the performance Z wodą, which took place in October 2015 on the beach in Sopot, on the Solidarity Day with Refugees. It was the artist’s comment on the matter of immigrants dying out at sea, the transfer of images into Polish, tangible realities.
The project is organised by/ is organized in cooperation with/ is co-organized by the
Adam Mickiewicz Institute operating under the Culture.pl brand within the
international cultural programme POLSKA 100 accompanying Poland’s centenary of
regaining independence.
Financed by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage of the Republic of Poland
as part of the Multi-annual Programme NIEPODLEGŁA 2017-2021.
