WORKSHOP WITH ADAMA DANCERS

about the workshop:

The dance work “Black Belt” is based on inspiration from the martial art kalaripayattu, both in the physical dimension and in the spiritual perception – courage, initiative, tenderness.

The training also includes acrobatics, aerial acrobatics, natural movement, and especially silencing consciousness.

In the workshop we will experience the energy changes from the unequivocal warfare to receiving compassion, to the natural breathing that drives the movement with an emphasis on the coordination between the feet and hands to the way we look and see.
